We are Looking for a quiet, respectful, and responsible individual who works hard. We both have full time jobs and work hard even on our days off. I would prefer a female but may be open to renting to a male depending on the situation. no partying, or heavy drinking/smoking in the home. A good candidate will be mature and responsible. I have recently had roommates who were very disrespectful of our home and to us. We have had even worse living situations in the past with renters and I am not allowing anymore drama into my home. So please, only respond if you believe you are a good tenant and respectful to others and their belongings. Our home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Larger closet in the bedroom. Rent is $550 including all utilities. (Water, garbage, PG&E, and Internet). Also, I have a queen size bed, some furniture in my shed, a dresser, a bookshelf, and even a little side table.
