Seeking a third roommate to re-sign a 12 month lease starting June 1st. Our apartment is located at the heart of Ukrainian Village, just outside of Wicker Park and West Town. Ukrainian Village is a safe neighborhood with a mix of families and young professionals that was recently named the top neighborhood in the country by Redfin realty! There are lots of restaurants in walking distance, a park within a block, and several grocery stores nearby. We are also conveniently located right off of the 49, 65, and 66 bus routes and a 5-10 minute bus ride (route #49) away from the blue line. The Metra is also very close. Our apartment is a light-filled 1600 sq. ft. 3 bedroom/2.5 bath beautiful unit in an elevator building. Features include: hardwood floors throughout, a gas fireplace, lots of windows, over-sized bedrooms, tons of closet space, and a huge kitchen with granite counter tops, cherry wood cabinets, dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances. It also includes in-unit laundry, balcony, private garage parking spot, and common rooftop deck. There is plenty of free street parking for when visitors come around. The shared areas of the apartment are fully furnished. The available room is approximately 15 ft. x 11 ft. and easily able to house a queen bed, dresser, and desk. It had a huge window and a good-sized closet. The available room will share a shower with the other non-master bedroom roommate, but there is another ½ bath the other non-master bedroom will use, otherwise. The rent is $933 for the available room. Utilities run anywhere from $50-$100/month/roommate depending on the month.
