Close to West Hollywood, Hollywood, walking distance to The Grove, Ralphs, and other shops, and restaurants. $900 with designated parking or $850 without parking. (However, prefer you to pay up front, and $3,000 moves you in for the ENTIRE summer/lease). Laundry in the basement, and dishwasher in kitchen. Bedroom will be furnished (dressers and bed) if needed, otherwise I can move them to storage if you have your own. Looking to sublease from mid May-August (end of our lease is the end of August).
