This apartment is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood close to Brooklyn College. We are both full-time working professionals and we are looking for a f.e.m.a.l.e who is also a working professional, responsible & clean.
The 3rd bedroom can fit a queen-size bed, dresser, and nightstand. The rent is $800 (spilt gas and electric which is typically very low). Must have one month's security and first month's rent to move in. Must be able to move in on May 1.
