Looking for a roommate to take over my bedroom in a two bedroom apartment. You can take the place only for the summer or you can sign a lease and keep the apartment going forward into September, your choice. Since I have already found a new apartment I am willing to negotiate price! The room and apartment include: - 1 large bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment. My roommate is female, very quiet, polite and tidy. Room is big enough for a queen sized bed and also has a double closet. If you need furniture I would also be willing to sell you mine/make a deal. - Open and bright living room including all furniture seen in the photos - kitchen with full size fridge, stove, microwave, and pantry - newly renovated bathroom (December 2015) - two front hall closets (you would get one of them) - secure code entrance, and locking bedroom door. - Rear entrance with patio for the summer. - Laundry in the building (basement). To wash and dry it is $1.50 total. - All utilities except internet included. - Under 5 minute walk to uOttawa, 2 grocery stores, Mac's - Under 10 minute walk to Rideau Centre, City Hall Please call or text for fastest response, but you can also email.
