Hey! We're looking for a 3rd person to share an awesome apartment we have at Avalon. It's a 2br/2ba corner unit in the phase 3 tower, the newest section of the complex, with hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows. Living here is amazing. There's a concierge who takes care of accepting packages, courtyard, hot tub, gyms, basketball, climbing wall, and more. It's also right next to Caltrain, Muni, Safeway, and Philz coffee. We have a twin XL mattress, and Japanese-style dividers for the living room. Photos are of the room with furniture, however we will move the furniture out of the way. We'll take care of the utilities, cleaning (we have cleaners come every weekday), and Internet (75mbit).
