We're renting entire upstairs to ONE person ONLY (we might consider a couple if it's the right fit). The 2 rooms each have stunning views, and large 10 ft closet. The rooms are 15x9 ft and 12x10 ft. Perfect for a bedroom / office /guest room set-up. The rest of the house is shared, including the bathroom. We use the other downstairs bedroom for a guest room that you will have access to. The downstairs is fully furnished, including a well stocked kitchen. All utilities are included, including a housekeeper. This house is a dream for anyone who likes to garden and host get-togethers as we have a huge backyard with a HUGE veggie/herb garden, patio set, fire pit, smoker and grill. We have parties, on occasion, but nothing crazy - mostly just small dinners and bbqs and we invite you to do the same :) Street parking is extremely easy - no parking permits needed or time limits, and public transportation is great - close to 24th Street BART, company shuttles (three blocks from Google / Yahoo / Apple pickup locations), J Church to downtown, 48 Quintara bus to CalTrain. You'd be sharing the downstairs with a girl and guy (early 30's) who work in tech. We're laid back, love to cook, travel, watch sports (Go Giants) and play music. We have a piano! We generally go out half the week and cook at home the other half. We'd love to share the house with someone who wants to live in a home, not a commune.
