I am looking to sublet 1-4 bedrooms of a 6 bedroom townhouse. The house has 3 floors plus a finished basement. The lease would begin from May 1, 2016. The kitchen comes with stainless steel fridge, stove and dishwasher. The living areas come fully furnished, and I can arrange to have some of the bedrooms furnished for you if need be.
All utilities (heat + hydro + water) and internet plus an in unit washer and dryer are included in the $450 rent.
