During the day I am a salesman for a tech company in the heart of San Francisco, previously did medical sales and management. I take my job very seriously and would hope you do as well.
At night I enjoy attending various musical and sporting events, performing as an amateur DJ and enjoying the company of my friends.
What I'm looking for:
Someone who is clean and respectful of common areas, able to pay rent and bills on time and enjoys social gatherings (I enjoy being a homebody as well, but I am looking for a sociable person). Must be able to pass a credit check with the property management company as well.
Rent is 1400/mo and the security deposit is 1.5x that ($2100)
I will be talking to people in the order I receive interest, looking to have this locked down by April 13th.
