****Room available from May 1st to August 31st**** One room to rent for the summer in a 3 bedroom house, close to Eglinton West Subway Station. 500$ per month all included. We are 3 PhD students, but 2 of us are leaving for the summer. Thus, we have a room available from May 1st to the mid-August. The house is quite large and has two floors. On the main floor, we have a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. The bedrooms are upstairs, along with the washroom. We also have access to the basemen and to a garage for storage. However, the driveway is owned by the neighbour, so parking is only possible when we have is permission (which usually cost extra money...) There is plenty of street parking, however.
