My girlfriend and I will be leaving for the summer and would love for somebody to enjoy this place while we are gone. The place will be available the first of July and will go until sometime during the first week of September. The place will be shared with another person who will live in the second bedroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with a shower. The unit has an ensuite dishwasher and ensuite washer dryer. The building is located in Etobicoke right by the water front. The unit faces North West towards Mississauga but you still get a beautiful view of the water from the large balcony. The building is attached to two other buildings but has its own pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, and Volleyball court with a building team that practices every tuesday. It also has combined with the other buildings two pool tables, two squash courts, rec rooms, a movie theatre, and more. The building has 75000 square feet of shared amenity space. The building is by FOB entry only and has 24/7 security. It is close to three main bus routes to various subway stations as well as the queen/lakeshore streetcar. We are asking what we pay for the place which is $1100.00 (550 each). On top of this you will need to pay Hydro and Internet. The internet overall is just over $90 and is unlimited data. The hydro will be based on how much energy you use that month.
