The apartment is newly renovated with brand new kitchen appliances and hardwood flooring. Utilities only include garbage, but there is a free parking space in the garage! This is for immediate move-in for APRIL. You must be neat & tidy - absolutely no smoking of any type on the premise. Students, graduate students, and/or young professionals preferred. We are both currently developing our professional careers-we are both in the architecture, project management, and built environment professions.
