Three bedroom unit with one bedroom to sublet for the summer. The other two roommates are young females but male or females welcome for the sublet. This cozy bedroom has a closet and space for a double bed as well as a desk and dresser but is not furnished. If that is an issue, I do have a bed and IKEA desk and dresser that I'm willing to rent for $25 a month. Common living room area includes couches and coffee tables and kitchen has a dinning set that stays.
This building is student housing but will accept a respectful young adult for the sublet.
