Our three-story rowhouse is in the heart of the quiet neighborhood of Mount Pleasant, located a ten-minute walk from the Columbia Heights Metro Station and steps away from the 42, 43, S and H bus lines. We live in close proximity to a number of great bars and restaurants in Mt. Pleasant, Columbia Heights, and Adams Morgan, as well as the Mt. Pleasant farmer's market and Rock Creek Park. Our home features a number of amenities including a newly renovated kitchen, washer/dryer, cleaning service, small back patio, and backyard. The available room is $1,200.00 per month (including utilities), and is one of the largest in the house. The room has a large closet with ample space for a large bed, desk, dresser, and more. This room will be available on May 1st. Your Roommates We are six young professionals looking for a seventh roommate to complete our home. We range in age from 24 to 28, and all work full-time in a number of different areas, including: law, public health, international relations, education, and statistics. Outside of the office, we enjoy going to concerts, exploring restaurants and bars, and attending other events around DC. We are neither a commune nor a co-op nor a party house. We all have a good relationship with one another and hope to maintain this with the new roommate. You You are an employed human in your late mid-twenties who is clean, easygoing, and respectful. You are not bringing any pets, nor are you allergic to dogs as our downstairs neighbors have a dog.
