I am the owner and live in another unit in the same building. Please note the minimum fico credit score I can accept is 720. Unfortunately, I can not make any exceptions on this. My preference is for someone who can stay at least two years.

Cable Internet (~10mbps download 4mbps upload ), heat and a/c ( central ), water, and cable TV are all included. You would only be responsible for electricity ( ~$40/month ) and a $250 move in and $250 move out fee (these fees are set by the condo association so I have no control over them). I require 1-months rent for security deposit. Indoor and outdoor parking is available from $160 per month. You can also apply for street permit parking for around $200 per year.
The unit has south-east views of the Chicago skyline. It has 2 full bathrooms. The unit has a unique interior architecture with a large atrium. The building is all concrete so there is minimal noise heard between units. It is very peaceful and quiet here. Unfortunately, there is no W/D in unit, but there is a large card operated Laundry room.
Some deal-breakers are I can not allow smoking, pets and frequent partying. Cleanliness is also very important to me. I also require good credit along with proof of a stable job and current landlord reference. Please reply back with any specifics relating to these points. I do not need your landlord contact info. now, but let me know if it would be available.
A plus is if you are somewhat handy and able to fix minor issues on your own. If you are not handy, at least be flexible when issues arise.
In summary, I am looking for someone clean, responsible and quiet. I will expect you to maintain the same standard of cleanliness the unit currently has. Also, since I will be living in the building I can respond to any issue rather quickly.
