The Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, and Prospect Park are all within a 5 minute walk; the neighborhood is gorgeous! Nearby are plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping, laundry, etc.
The available room has two windows, a closet, and is approximately 16 x 8 feet. You will be sharing a large bathroom with two other roommates who both have schedules that rarely conflict. The apartment features a kitchen that you can actually move around in, fully stocked with appliances, pots, pans, etc. There is also a large living room and dining room.
We are looking for a responsible, respectful working professional who helps to keep the common areas clean. The rent is $841.67 per month and the security deposit on the room is $841.67, both due by May 1. The room is available on May 1. Internet, gas, and electric average $40 a month.
