This is a two story, four bedroom, two bath house located near Santa Clara University. The house has a full kitchen/living room area and a two car garage. We are subleasing rooms in the house for the fall quarter to only undergrad and graduate students. The price is set for a shared room, but a full room is available (price would be $1500).
