I live in a one bedroom apartment with a relaxed, happy, family dog and I am currently renting out the room. The private double room (15 feet across) comes with one 6 foot wide hanging closet space. It is large enough for bedroom and office/living area. (Additional furniture can be provided but not a bed/matteress.) I sleep in the den area. The kitchen and living room is shared/common. I am a female professional who plays the keyboard/piano and loves music. I am laid back, don't sleep in late, don't have big or many parties, I keep things low key. I am looking for a female student or young professional who is clean and responsible, loves animals and is friendly/sociable. The apartment suite has a dishwasher, WIFI, balcony. The building has condo amenties such as projector room theatre, indoor pool, gym etc. which you can use. The subway is a block away. Lots of restaurants, cinemas and mall short walking distance away.
