About the Room Tiny Room available in Soho Loft Studio Apt. My job has me in NY Monday and Tuesday's. Outside of that, I'm typically traveling. Therefore, I'm renting the small room in my studio loft apartment. You'd basically have the place to yourself 50-75% of the time. Located near Spring St Subway A-C-E Trains $1,600/monthly (Month to Month) or $800/week (Monday - Monday) About me: I work in experiential marketing and the office is in Tribeca within walking distance of this apartment. I travel about 50-75% of my time for work and/or personal. And because I'm not in New York too often (typically only in NYC on Monday-Tuesday's), I'm looking to potentially share the costs of my place. I'm 33/m/straight, laid back, but very clean, respectful and enjoy everything NY has to offer! I drink socially. Don't smoke. Love traveling. Have no pets. Feel free to ask questions! About you: Male/female - straight/bi/gay, don't care. But you must be traveling light. Can't bring your own furniture. This setup might be ideal for you if you're new to New York, studying/working for the summer months, and/or need a place to transition from. This could short-term or long-term arrangement. But most importantly, you must be clean and easy-going. Must have understanding we'll be at times sharing a 400 sq ft area and courteous of each other. When emailing me, you must include LinkedIn, and at least one other social media like (Facebook or Instagram). Without that, I'm not likely going to make time to respond. About the place: Bright studio loft apartment with my awesome construction project - that loft. Your room could be under the loft. Mine is above. (Potential to swap if you're set on top vs. bottom). The loft is very sturdy and it's oddly quite cozy regardless of top or bottom... Both the tiny lower room and upper loft area share a window so plenty of natural light and fresh air if you want to open the window. Lower room is furnished with brand new and very comfy twin bed with mattress topper. You're also able to use of dresser/desk for storage of personal items/clothes. Generous living room area (for a studio). There are nice hardwood floors throughout entire space. New blinds over both windows. The Ikea sofa with chase is also brand new. Kitchen has gas range and dishwasher. There is also a toaster, toaster oven, microwave, and Keurig 2.0 coffee maker. The windows face East and the unit is in the back of building and therefore very quiet. Located in an older, but well-cared for building in the heart of Soho. There is laundry directly across the street. Sorry no pets allowed. Unit available in early 5/1 (actual date: May 9th) Again, I'm flexible on your stay duration No other fees / no broker fee.. Building Super on-site. Electric, TWC High-speed Internet @ 50MB, TWC Cable TV, Apple TV, Netflix, Xbox360, water & heat / AC - All Included in Rent. Apartment in very good condition, and I want to keep it that way.
