Attractive large sunny space with high ceilings. Just 3 km west of Queen West, but much calmer. No cars go by in front - entrance at ground floor faces a landscaped courtyard with Japanese maples and evergreens, with its own echo-system of wildlife. No Frills Shopping, cafés, community centre , 1 streetcar and 2 bus lines all within 5 minute walk. Dundas streetcar 1 minute walk.
We are 4 ppl in a stable, happy environment, and seek to add 1 more. We would like to meet people at least twice before agreeing to share. To make an appt. to meet and discuss, please call.
Interests include: often common meals, sometimes yoga, meditation, healthy home products, very clean, very tidy, gentle atmosphere, moderate alcohol consumption at most. Peaceful atmosphere, not a "party" household.
To maintain a spacious living feel, we try not to store much on the premises and have sparse furniture - additional shared storage available off-site.
