Hello! The time has come for me to offer my cozy, homey and recently renovated apartment for the summer! The unit is located in a new condo building on 152nd street and Amsterdam Avenue, just a 5 minute walk from the 145th ABCD subway line and a 7 minute walk from the 145th 1 train stop. The condo is equipped with laundry in unit, central A/C, dishwasher and rooftop terrace access. The living room is spacious with a clean/comfortable feel, the kitchen has state of the art appliances, and the dining area is large enough to host a 6 person brunch or dinner party! Additionally, because this is a condo, management is quick to respond and general amenities are much higher quality than regular rentals. The room itself is very cozy, with enough space for one person. There is a window to the east that provides ample sunlight in the morning, and a pleasant view that overlooks a community garden. I am looking for a clean and respectful person who is able to sublet for the largest time frame possible. The room will be available June 5-August 22, however move in dates are flexible if it is necessary to move in before June 5. Total costs: $1100 a month including utilities and internet.
