I am subleasing my side of the room in a two story, four bedroom house. The house is beautiful/brand new (finished earlier this year.) You must be a undergraduate or graduate student to rent. The house is four blocks from Santa Clara University and 4.5 miles from San Jose State University. There are more rooms available for sublease as well.
