Hi All! We are moving at the end of May to be relocated for work temporarily (6-8 months) and will need to leave our apartment. The building is on Wall Street on Water Street, and is right above the Andaz Building and is a condo unit at 75 Wall Residences. The building has 24/7 doorman and security, includes rooftop lounge, and a clubhouse with a full gym and yoga room (with free yoga on certain days). The unit is on the 33rd floor (with great views), a big studio with an alcove that is big enough to fit a King bed. Kitchen has modern condo finishing and bathroom is full marble with separate shower and over-sized tub. Ceiling height is approximately 13 feet high! The unit also comes with washer and dryer and every floor has a trash chute. Close to a 24/7 Duane Reade, grocery, Stone Street bars, a growing eatery and shopping scene at South Street seaport, nearby Battery Park with a theater and a host of restaurants, and less than 5 min walk from all major subway lines (4, 5, 2, 3, J, Z, R). We love this apartment but will sadly need to leave it. Current lease is for $3300/month, with utility around $30-40 on average per month for everything (water, heat, electricity, gas). Lease currently goes until February 2017 with option for renewal.
