The room is approximately 15x12, with a 6x8 walk-in-closet and private full-bath attached. The room features a beautiful bay window and ample natural light, and offers enough space to easily fit a king bed, bureau, desk, and whatever other furniture you may have. There are two other bedrooms on the ground floor as well as a washer and dryer. Upstairs, there is an enormous common living room area, large kitchen and dining area, closet space, half-bath, and two balconies that get plenty of sun. There is a front patio with a bbq perfect for entertaining in the summer. There is also an attached garage with a spot available for your car. The house is a short walk to Little and Big Corona beaches as well as China Cove. This is one of the better deals with the most space in CDM. The front also has an area for planting plenty of spring vegetables! About us: We are two male young professionals working in the Newport Beach/Irvine area. We both work over 40 hours a week and are out the door early in the morning. After getting back from the office late, we usually watch a movie or listen to music and continue working until we go to bed at 10 or 11. On the weekends, we are out enjoying CDM or LA and don't like to bring the party back to our home. We try to keep things low-key and clean, and would expect the same of any roommate. About you: We are looking for a roommate who is a full-time professional (male or female) that works outside of the house and keeps a schedule similar to ours. No smoking in the house and no pets. Once you pass a credit check, we will add you to the current lease which goes until September.
