I am looking for a roommate to rent out 1 bedroom in a newly purchased 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. The condo is located on Roscoe between Clark and Halsted. I will ask you to sign a 6 month lease, then allow you to go month to month after that, but terms are negotiable depending on your situation. The lease would start on June 1, but I will allow you to move in up to 10 days ahead of time free of charge. Total rent is $1,200/month and we split utilities. CONDO DESCRIPTION Beautiful duplex down in historic grey stone building. Main floor features an open floor plan, hardwood floors, stainless steel and granite kitchen with multi-tiered cabinets. An in-unit washer/dryer is located on the lower level. The main level will house your bedroom and your own bathroom (Picture #2 and #3, respectively). Room dimension are approximately 13' x 10' in addition to a large closet. The bookshelves are owned by the previous owner and will not stay in the room, which frees up space. I will be living on a completely separate floor on the lower level, so you will basically have your own floor to yourself. The lower level also contains the 3rd bedroom, which I will be turning into a guest bedroom and game room or office. If you ever have friends or family visit, you're welcome to have them stay in this room.
