I'm looking for someone to sublease my room for the remainder of the year and going into 2017. The cost is 695/month plus utilities; approx 750-800 with everything combined. There is a $50 application fee and no security deposit is required. I also live with a room mate who is barely around and is not a slob; who is staying and obviously will meet. The first picture is of the building and the open window is the room available, yes it's on the third floor. There is laundry in the basement. And obviously the last picture is of the outside balcony. Parking is free and around the apartment; no permit. The room itself is fairly large. It fits a Queen size bed, a futon, dresser/desk(which will be left); also the ceilings are very high. Since it's on the third floor, it doesn't get too cold in the winter and the summer isn't too hot either; there's a fan in the room also. This place is about 15min walking distance from the California Blue Line and the same distance to the Western and Logan Square Blue Line. It's right next to the Kennedy and minutes away from X-Sport Logan and Target. It's also walking distance to the 49Western bus and the 74Fullerton bus. There's no pets allowed, but it's right next to a dog park. I marked a Jun 1 available date, although it could be sooner. Only serious inquiries, please do not waste my time.
