No dogs allowed in bldg -.7 miles from Lawrence Red or Damen Brown -Free street parking and it's not hard to find a spot -1 block from Ravenswood Metra -3 blocks from Andersonville Clark St. strip -hardwood floors throughout -coin laundry in basement -Roomie who is leaving will sell bed/frame (1 year old) for $300 OBO to whoever moves in, if they need it! About the roommates: 2 20-something women with full time and part time gigs. I work at a nonprofit, Ashley works as a server. We both like beer, Netflix and cooking in our fancy new rice cooker.
