I have 1 room available in a new build 2 bed + 2 bath condo at queen and gladstone (11 Peel Avenue). I am looking for a roommate to sign a 1 year lease. Must be okay with cats as I have one. The move-in date is May 1st, though you will likely be able to move stuff in beforehand to make it easier if you wish. I have already received the keys. If you are looking for a place from June 1st we can also work something out if it seems like a good fit. Rent is $1000 + utilities/cable+Internet ($100) per month. Parking is also available, price of parking to be negotiated. A little about me. I am a young professional working in the film and television industry. I have lived in Toronto's west end for the past 3 years and love it. I enjoy sports, movies and biking. I am clean and respectful of other peoples space and belongings. I am looking for a roommate with similar qualities. The bedroom for rent is roughly 9' x 10' with a large walk in closet. The condo has laundry on site, and as mentioned above there are 2 bathrooms so you will have your own. There will also be a storage locker and a bike locker available to you. There is a good sized patio that will be great in the summer with a gas BBQ. Other amenities in the building include a nice gym, party room/meeting space, guest suites, a metro in the plaza, rooftop terraces and it is located right on the queen streetcar line.
