I'm looking to sublet a bedroom in a house over the summer 4 months. The house is shared by other University of Toronto students. The house is around 2 minute walk from campus, and less than 10 minute walk to Chinatown and Kensington Market, so there are plenty of places to get groceries or eat out. The washroom and kitchen are shared with 3 other tenants on the first floor; everyone is very respectful of the space and cleans up after themselves. If interested, I am also selling and giving away some of my furniture. Water, electricity and internet is included. There is a cleaning lady that comes in to clean the common areas such as kitchens and bathrooms once a month. Coin laundry is available in the house.
