I'm moving for grad school and am looking for someone to take over my lease starting in July. The sublease would go until August 31, with the option to renew (or you could sign a year long lease immediately upon moving in). Rent is $740 a month and utilities are typically $30-$60, depending on the season. The bedroom is unfurnished, has an armoire style closet, and comfortably fits a bed, desk, dresser, book cases, and armchair. The apartment has central air and heating, a dishwasher, and a utility closet for storage. The building is pet friendly (cat pictured not included!), and has a shared patio space. The building is only a few blocks from the California blue line stop and a two-minute walk to multiple coffee shops and restaurants, including Revolution Brewing, Bang Bang Pie, Boiler Room, and Table, Donkey, and Stick. The building has on-site coin laundry in the basement, as well as storage space for bikes. The common spaces are fully furnished and move-in ready. You would be living with one female roommate, a 24 year old teacher.
