We are looking for someone who is laid back, responsible, preferably working full time and is okay with a dog.
The room is very bright with wide windows and has two closets.
All inclusive (heating/hydro/100mbps Rogers 100u unlimited internet). Parking is $50/month extra if needed.
There is a small backyard and basement available for use. As we are just settling in ourselves, common areas such as living room are sparsely furnished at the moment.
Lease term negotiable. Minimum term preferably 6 months.
About the neighborhood:
- It is "crime-free" so our landlord would need you to pass a simple background check.
- Relatively safe and quiet area with many families around.
- 10 minute drive from downtown
- 5 minute drive to 24 hour gyms (Fit4less and Goodlife) as well as excellent biking paths nearby
- 5-10 minute drive from many grocery stores (Food Basics, Metro, Loblaws, Independent, FreshCo), restaurants, attractions, and malls (i.e. St. Laurent).
