Hello! We have a large room opening up in our beautiful, spacious apartment in the Outer Sunset. The apartment is a duplex, with a large living room & fireplace, kitchen, study/dining nook, balcony with a kerchief view of the Pacific Ocean, and half-bathroom on the first level. The second level has three bedrooms and a bathroom (shared by the two other rooms): the room available for rent is huge and has an attached private bathroom with a shower, and windows that look out on green foliage and, at a distance, the ocean. The Golden Gate Park is a minute's walk, and the ocean is a ten-minute walk from the apartment: the location cannot get any better if you want to be in the city and still be in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Yet there are a bunch of great little spots in this part of the Sunset, all at a walking distance, including a worker-owned grocery co-op, a community garden, and a coffee shop with San Francisco's best cinnamon toast! Street parking is available, and the N-Judah Muni line is only a block and a half away. A laundromat is around the corner, and a friendly corner store/deli a few steps away. Who we are looking for Someone intimate with sacred/spiritual work and realms, grounded, clean, considerate, familiar with their inner worlds and taking responsibility for the same, adept at direct communication, earth-conscious, with a real desire to live in and create community and beauty. Who we are A 36-year old writer and Ph.D. student from India. She loves visionary work and play, spending time with nature, dancing, laughing, and the potential inherent in us to transform. A 32-year old Ph.D. student born in Panama. She loves the ocean, fantasy novels, music, intimate conversation, and sacred worlds. The room will open on May 1. The rent is $1050 per month with PG&E and Comcast extra. Responsible subletters will also be considered. Sorry, no pets allowed!
