Hello! I'm a 20 something female looking for a roommate for my 2 bdrm 2 bathroom apartment in Etobicoke. The location is great for drivers (close to hwy 27, 427, 401) and transit users (two bus routes stop right outside door) I'm a pretty easy going person. I would want to make this place OURS, not just mine with someone moving in. Anyway- The room for rent is quite large - 14ft x 11ft - (there is almost no difference in size between the master bdrm) with large, tall windows and a spacious closet. The apartment itself - huge, over 1000 sq feet, SEMI FURNISHED (as my current roommate will be moving out with most of his furniture) apartment is on top floor of the building, so you'll be privy to a pretty sick unobstructed view of planes landing/taking off from pearson. the building- belongs to a reputable rental company, Minto building has pool, laundryroom, fob access. ---pet friendly--- (i have a flemish giant rabbit that sometimes hops around the apartment) YOU: - male or female, doesn't matter - need to have stable employment - will have to give me first & last (sorry) - 420 friendly/tolerant The room will be available MAY 1st!
