A one room 3 month sublet in a 3 bedroom unit. The unit is largely spaced so it does not feel crowded or like 3 people live here as the two other female roommates keep to themselves. 800 includes one bedroom, a shared bathroom, shared kitchen, unlimited access to amenities which included free wifi in the lounge, free TV, free pool access and a small free gym. Laundry facilities are in the building, but not in the units. $800 does not include hydro (you only pay additional if you exceed 50$ a month in hydro, I have only done this once in my three years of living here in a winter month). Fantastic building with really helpful and understand management and landlords in this all student building. Price is negotiable!! I am already paying rent elsewhere and we're all students, really looking for a good fit for May 1st !!
