We just moved in here and it's awesome, but I've landed a new job in Montreal so I'm out at the end of April!
-The bedroom is on the main floor and is a good size (about 12x12) with a giant window and mirrored closet
-The roommates are two super chill guys, both ~30, a steamfitter apprentice and a child autism worker
-It's a fully detached house with hardwood floors throughout. We're the first tenants after a big renovation.
-We have the main floor and basement (the top floor of the house is a separate apartment with good people)
-We have a big front porch which looks right out at the *24hr Sobey's directly across from us!* s a 10 min walk to the subway or a 2 minute bus
