I am renting my room in a shared townhouse from May 1 - August 31 this summer. The rent includes utilities and wireless internet, there is also a pay laundry on the first floor. A cleaning person comes bi-weekly to clean shared areas.
For furnishing, I will be leaving the mattress, dresser, nightstand, chair and fan in the room for the summer, but the latter three can be removed at your request.
It's in a great central location, with groceries a 5 minutes walk to the South on Queen Street and the Kensington neighbourhood a 5 minute walk to the North.
My roommates are very friendly and welcoming.
