Hi Cambridge renters - we are looking to rent out our charming, very homey 2 bed 1 bath just a block from Inman Square. It's in an amazing location while being set back from the main street so it's quiet and easy to get to. Huge Donnelly Field is just a 3 minute walk away and there's a newly renovated park just around the corner on Hampshire and Elm. Central, Kendall, Harvard, and Lechmere T stops nearby, 69, 68, CT2 bus lines run through.
The apartment is available June 1st for a 15 month lease (til Aug 31 2017). NO FEE! We want to develop a good relationship with responsible tenants directly. We would prefer to rent with furniture included as the current furniture was selected to fit the current layout perfectly and the rent reflects that. It is possible to do unfurnished for slightly less, but we'd strongly prefer to leave most of it. * Small, well-behaved dogs and cats are negotiable.*
