Furthermore, it's a 20 minute walk to the heart of Georgetown, and there is a Safeway, CVS Pharmacy, and Target Express just down the road. The apartment has ample closet space and has a large den/dining room with a door to a private balcony. The building has an outdoor pool that is open in the summer and each floor has a washer/dryer.

The lease would start June 13th and last until mid December. The apartment would be taken over "as-is" without all of our furniture and things. We are non-smoking and don't have any pets, although these are permitted in the building. Your name(s) would be on the lease, therefore this is not a sublet. When the lease is up in December, you will have the opportunity to renew if you wish for a full 12 or 13 month lease. Rent is below market value at $1814/month (not including utilities) - unbeatable for 1200 ft².
