Looking for a subletter to take my housemates room for the summer. You will be in a renovated basement suite with private ensuite bathroom. The room will come with a Full-bed (Dbl), with a desk and chair. It is a good sized room with great lighting and ambience so wont be disappointed even with less sunlight. There is a built-in closet for clothing storage. A large living space is adjacent to the basement bedroom and upstairs is the dining room and kitchen with a open concept the place could be classified as cosy and homey. If desired we can schedule a visit to the place for this Thursday. Internet and 25% of hydro is not included in the current price as will be determined on a monthly basis but should be no more than 50$ extra each month. Due to short notice May 1 is simply a placeholder, you can move in any time in May and we may discuss possible discounts for 1st month depending on move in date. A bit about myself: I am a 5th year student at U of T, staying in the city for work, looking for a organized and easygoing roommate who wants to meet new people as well as simply have a good time.
