We're looking for a non-smoking, PET-FREE, female roommate to move in between June 28-July 1, 2016. You must be able to live in the apartment for at least one year. Until July 29, 2017, no sublets, no temporary housing, no short stays, no exceptions. If we offer you the room after viewing the apartment, you will have exactly 12 hours to seal the deal by bringing us $2150 in cash for your first month's rent and deposit, and a $50 for the required credit/background check fee. Our landlord would like someone on the lease, so you will also need to provide proof of income and documentation proving your identity. Also, please no drug users or marijuana smokers. (We live on the right side of the law.) Since we all work M-F, 9-5 jobs, we strongly prefer a roommate who has a completely different work schedule, and who works every weekend, or at least starts work after 12pm. But we are open-minded if we get good vibes!
The room, which has windows, is big enough to fit a queen-sized bed and dresser. The room is wired for cable and internet. With utilities, cable, and internet, your rent would be about $1,050 per month. Please make at least 45x the rent with proof. No pets (two of us have severe pet allergies), drugs/pot or smoking please! We are overnight guest friendly, but please be considerate.
We're three twenty-something working girls (not that way lol) who are looking to find a roommate to replace the awesome one who's moving... We live in the top floor of a renovated, elevator building. The apartment is in the middle of East Harlem, so please be open-minded and interested in living there. The apt is located close to the green line and a quick walk to laundry, Planet Fitness/Blink Fitness, Duane Reade, Associated Supermarket, a bodega, and a quick jog to Central Park. It's a 4-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, so you would have three female roommates. We have a full kitchen and a decent-sized living space. Everything is already furnished, but we will need a new vacuum. To be fair and clean, each roommate is required to clean the apartment once every four weeks, according to a chart.
We're scheduling viewings on Sunday evenings, Mondays all day, after work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and before noon on Fridays.
