-Flexible start date in May or June for 12 month lease.

-Spacious bedroom (currently fits queen-size bed with plenty of additional room)
-Huge closet in bedroom and several other storage areas throughout
-No pets are allowed
-No smoking/drugs
-Must be relatively clean (a couple dishes left out are not a problem)
