Looking for 1-2 people to take over a lease ending on June 30, 2016 (move in available ASAP). There is a temporary wall that flexes this 1 bedroom into a 2 bedroom - this can be easily removed and I can remove it before you move in if you would rather live in a true 1 bedroom, or you can leave it in and split costs between two people. If you choose to keep it, it will be your responsibility to remove before you move out. You can renew the lease for a full additional year if you choose (must make that decision by end of May). The flex option provides great value to the budget conscious renter.
This is a luxury building in the heart of Tribeca next to the Hudson River. Has one full bathroom and full kitchen with oven, microwave, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher and combination washer/dryer in unit. Doorman elevator building in Independence Plaza (80 N Moore St) in Tribeca, with close subway access to the 1 2 3 A C E lines. There is also a fitness center in the building, which you can use for an additional fee.
There's a bunch of furniture in there that we can negotiate on if you want it. The true bedroom has its own built in closet, and the flexed bedroom has a wardrobe in it that I bought/can move out.
No brokers involved here. If you want this lease, there is a $150 application fee per person who will assume the lease (this is paid to the building). Please let me know if you'd like to see the apartment.
The unit is laid out like the studio, but is the size of a 1br.
