We're group of working professionals living in a high-rise apartment in SoMa across CalTrain for $1,250 / month per person. Looking to find 1 roommate to take the other side! We currently have a 1,300 square foot converted apartment (originally a 2BR / 2BA) in luxury apartment. There will be 4 total tenants, and are looking for 1 more person to occupy one of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms. This would be a 1-year lease (vs. sublease). Move-in date is this weekend. A partition is provided in the bedroom. The partition is 7.5-feet tall, which is about a foot short of the ceiling. Each partition is a set of panels on wheels which slide open and close. 1-month deposit per person due up front. Each person will save $1,000 every month compared to a traditional 2BR/2BA apartment. Unit is furnished! The unit features a large living room and a ton of amenities including an in-unit washer and dryer.
