We've been living here for four years and have LOVED it, but have decided it's time our dog gets a backyard to play in so we are leaving!

The detials:
- $1295 + hydro per month (first and last required)
- Large 1BR with L-shaped living/dining area on the 10th floor of a 14 floor building
- Secure building with FOB access, a buzzer system and a security camera at the front door
- Has a HUGE balcony (it stretches the whole length of the apartment)
- Ample storage - linen closet, utility/vacuum closet, double closet in living room and bedroom
- Pet-friendly
- Pay-per-use laundry in the basement (no coins - you use a card!)
- Metered visitor parking out front and behind the building
- Small building: only 7 units per floor, ours is generally pretty quiet and the neighbours are friendly.
Other things you can opt to add on and pay for:
- Secure, underground parking (heated in winter): $90/month
- Main floor storage lockers: $20/month
The ONLY reason we are leaving is because we decided we a) want more space and b) want a backyard for our dog, so we are moving to a house. Our superintendents are lovely and attentive, we have never seen a cockroach or bedbug, and it's in a GREAT area. About a 5 minute walk from Eglinton Station, ~20 minute subway ride to Union.
