- As you walk in the front door you walk directly into your living room area. Off of your living room area you can go down the hallway to your bedrooms and 1 full bathroom or you can go directly forward into your dining room area.
Off of your dining room area you have your kitchen which does come with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, & microwave.
There is also a staircase to the right of your living room area that will lead you downstairs to a finished basement, extra storage under the staircase, a 1/2 bath, laundry room, and access to your one car garage.
The home does offer a fully fenced back yard as well.
If you would like to reserve this home today we will need the following items...
(1) Completed and signed applications
(2) $50.00 per application on anyone over the age of 18
(3) $100.00 administration fee
(4) 3 most recent paycheck stubs from all applicants (if this is not possible there are different options available just let me know) these must be turned in no later than a week prior to move in
(5) $1020.00 Refundable Deposit - Due within 72 hours of approval
(6) A copy of each applicants driver's licence.
The rent itself is $1020.00. You will also be responsible for all utilities and renter's insurance.
This home is pet friendly but will require additional fees and a monthly pet rent that will be based on the number of pets entering the home.
