- As you walk in the front door you walk directly into your living room area. There is also a staircase to the right of your living room area that will lead you downstairs to a finished basement, extra storage under the staircase, a 1/2 bath, laundry room, and access to your one car garage. (1) Completed and signed applications (2) $50.00 per application on anyone over the age of 18 (3) $100.00 administration fee (4) 3 most recent paycheck stubs from all applicants (if this is not possible there are different options available just let me know) these must be turned in no later than a week prior to move in (5) $1020.00 Refundable Deposit - Due within 72 hours of approval (6) A copy of each applicants driver's licence. The rent itself is $1020.00. You will also be responsible for all utilities and renter's insurance.
