The backyard is shared with all tenants including the landlord (3 quiet mid-late twenties professionals/student and a cat who gets occasional outdoor time). We like to have bbq's and bonfires in the summer but it is not a wild party house. Pet friendly, but animals in the backyard need to be supervised at all times and cleaned up after (I grow a vegetable garden I really don't want ruined). LGBTQ positive, non-smoking household.
