235 Berry is a 100-unit condominium development in San Francisco’s expanding Mission Bay Neighborhood. Built in 2004, the Architects McLarand, Vasquez, Emsiek & Partners created a U-shaped building so that more units have views of Mission Creek. They also built over pilings placed at 130 to 140 foot depths, in order for the building to be as stable as possible. Common area amenities include a gated garage, concierge service and a central courtyard and garden. The landscaping was designed by Cliffe Lowe and Associates and the interiors were designed by Laurie Ghielmetti.
