Both are quite specious bedrooms with two large closets and has their own bathrooms (Master has attached bathroom). We can provide full size bed, desk and chair if the tenants prefers the room to be furnished. The rooms are available immediately. PARKING ONE parking spot that is covered parking is available. This parking spot belongs to the apartment hence it is it is guaranteed to be free. Apart from this, there is plenty of street parking available around the apartment. If you want assigned parking, it will be additional $50 per month. UTILITIES AND INTERNET Average utility bill is $50 per month. Owner will pay the utility bill UPTO $50 per month, if the utility bills go above $50, both tenants will share the difference equally. High speed internet will be provided if both tenants agree to share the internet charges equally (approx. 50$ per month / $25 per tenant). Monthly maid service will be provided if both tenants agree to share the charges equally ($30 per tenant per month, $60 per tenant per month for biweekly service). We will select tenants preferably of similar background, age and gender. ABOUT YOU We are looking for a male or female professional from IT sector with a stable income. We would like you to be responsible and keep the house reasonably clean. We have a strict no overnight guest policy, but you are welcome to bring guests during the day. We do allow your immediate family members (parents / brother / sister) to visit and to stay at the premises for few days as guests (no G/F or B/F).
