A perfect spot for the summer- surrounded by all the best places to eat and go out (College St, Ossington, Dundas West). But, the street and neighbours are very quiet. The apartment is fully furnished, and will be ready to move right in. Lovely bright space with two skylights, a large deck with patio furniture, plants, and bbq (I'm working on getting a two person hammock!), a day bed (good for guests), queen bed, dining table, and a great desk by the window. Large closet, as well as a storage space on the deck. Also, if you're interested, I am willing to let you use my bicycle during your stay! $1400 rent includes internet and hydro.
