One desk & Chair A bed & mattress Elevator in the building. The photos don't show the latest conditions but not much different. Valuable location with a lot of nice restaurants, bars etc... and walking distance to Bedford [L], Lorimer [L, G] & Marcy [JMZ] stations. To move in, you will need 1st month, security deposit, and last month. Utility [gas, electricity, and internet] is not included, about $60 ~ 80 / person.
